On December 18, Evgeny Nikolaevich Trofimov, Rector of the Russian International Academy of Tourism, and Denis Petrovich Lapyko, Executive Director of HRS Hotel and Restaurant Systems, signed a cooperation agreement. The document consolidates and expands the successful long-term partnership between the Academy and a leader with 35 years of experience in the field of IT solutions for the hotel and restaurant business.
HRS Hotel and Restaurant Systems is a recognized expert specializing in the development of high-tech solutions for automating business processes in the hospitality industry, sanatoriums, catering, trade, sports and wellness complexes. The Russian developer of integrated IT solutions, management systems and analytics for hotels, restaurants, shopping and sports facilities provides a full range of services: from consulting and implementation to 24/7 technical support.
The partnership between RMAT and HRS has a solid foundation: for four years now, the company’s experts have been teaching the discipline “Management Information Systems” to 2nd-year students of the international Department of “Vatel-RMAT”. Classes are held using modern software at the HRS Academy, which ensures maximum immersion in the practical field.
The new agreement defines the strategic directions of joint work:
• Organization and conduct of all types of practical training for students: industrial, research and pre-graduate.
• Joint training of qualified specialists whose skills meet the current requirements of the labor market.
• Conducting career guidance events.
• Comprehensive assistance in student employment and employment of RMAT graduates.
The ability of Academy graduates to work with modern computer control systems and navigate modern digital technologies is highly appreciated by employers! This agreement is a natural stage of productive cooperation with HR, which directly works to improve the quality of training for future industry leaders.
The agreement is concluded for a period of one year with automatic prolongation. Both sides have appointed their own coordinators for effective cooperation.
